Dr. Luciano founded Sparrow Women's Health to offer a different kind of gynecology experience — one rooted in time, trust, clear communication, and continuity of care.
Dr. Luciano grew up in Wheeling, West Virginia, one of three sisters in a loving household with hard-working parents. A competitive athlete throughout high school, she pursued her undergraduate degree at Marietta College in Ohio, where she met her husband Christopher. She went on to earn her medical degree at Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, then completed her OB/GYN residency at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies in Orlando, Florida.
After years of private practice and hospitalist care, and following the birth of her own two children, Dr. Luciano felt called to build something different and founded Sparrow: a practice designed around an intentionally slower schedule, evidence-based care, and the formation of real, lasting connections with patients.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Luciano prioritizes time outdoors with her family, friends, and Pepper, her velcro-dog. She and her family are longtime members of Christ United Fellowship in downtown Orlando. Dr. Luciano enjoys the culinary and creative arts, she unwinds with long walks, great books, good coffee, and conversation.

Dr. Luciano, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), provides thorough evaluation and individualized hormone therapy (HRT), with visits billed to Aetna, Cigna, or Traditional Medicare when covered along with transparent self-pay options, starting with a comprehensive 45–60 minute consultation.

Coverage, copays, deductibles, coinsurance, referrals, and prior authorization requirements vary by plan, and our team can help you verify your benefits before your visit. Patients with other insurance plans may have out-of-network benefits or may choose our transparent self-pay option.
We're credentialing with additional major carriers, expected over the coming months. Dr. Luciano is also a TRICARE-certified, currently non-network provider for eligible TRICARE Select and TRICARE for Life beneficiaries.
Patients using Aetna, Cigna, or Traditional Medicare do not pay the listed self-pay visit rate. We bill your insurance and collect the copay, deductible, coinsurance, or other cost-sharing required by your individual plan.
