Sparrow Women's Health is in network with Aetna and Cigna, and accepts Traditional Medicare. Coverage, copays, deductibles, coinsurance, referrals, and prior authorization requirements vary by plan. Please contact your insurer or our office to confirm your individual benefits.

Dr. Megan Luciano is enrolled with and accepts Traditional Medicare for covered gynecologic visits and eligible preventive screening services. Coverage rules and frequency limitations may apply. Medicare Advantage plans have separate networks and must be verified individually.

We are actively working to join additional insurance networks. Patients with insurance plans that are out of network may still have out-of-network benefits, and Sparrow can help verify those benefits when possible.

After payment, we can provide a detailed superbill or other claim documentation upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by the insurance company and is not guaranteed.

Self-pay rates are available for patients without insurance, patients who choose not to use insurance, and patients using plans with which Sparrow is not participating. We provide transparent pricing for many common visits and services, with payment at the time of service. HSA and FSA funds may be applied, and lab work is available through Quest at self-pay pricing.
